The Realm wasn't built from the ground up. It was built from something that already had a story. Once a century-old Calgary steel plant, the building was transformed by founder Mike Zvonik and his crew of tradespeople into a 44,000 sq. ft. training facility. With a background in construction, Mike took a hands-on approach to every detail, preserving the building's industrial roots, including the original gold-painted crane tracks beneath its 24-foot ceilings. A building with a history of hard work, now home to a community that lives by it.
